CUTUR is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.Since 2004,We have established a mature suit production line, and gradually develop various channels of suit customization business.

The factory covers an area of 3000 ㎡，divided into four major teams: MTM Suit production line, bespoke suit production line, customized shirt production line, and sales department.With a total of 200 employees，The main technical positions involve talents who have been employed for over 20 years.In addition, we have a management, sales, and design team of over 30 people who are equally experienced.

So far, we have provided quality supply chain services for more than 500 customized brands in various regions of the world .

 

This is a modern production line. From the moment I place an order, you can enter various size data and style details through our online ordering system. In terms of cutting, we use automated cutting equipment to complete regular orders, and also add manual cutting to handle orders with special size and style requirements.

The MTM production line is equipped with high standard rolling fused bonding equipment, complete suit shaping equipment (including shoulder shaping, chest shaping, sleeve shaping, pants shaping, etc.). At the same time, the button door making equipment, pants leg stitching equipment, etc. are all using the latest model of “Brother” brand.

The annual output of this production line can reach 50000 pieces，mainly responsible produce for the suit of our Blue and Green labels.

This is a production line that is basically completed by Handmade for all production processes.

Firstly, all of its cutting is done manually by experienced Tailor, which is more conducive to combining styles and sizes to make special treatments，suit will have its own “personality”.

Secondly, in terms of production, it requires 1-2 Tailors to complete the production of the entire suit. Although this method is less efficient, it will provide more detailed control over the entire suit.

Due to the complexity of bespoke's workmanshop, the current annual production can only reach about 2500 sets, but this traditional production method is still popular in high-end markets around the world

 

Different from the traditional assembly line production method, we divide the team into groups of six people, led by Tailor. This grouping method is more conducive to cultivating the types and styles of shirts that each team's production line excels at.

On the shirt production line, we are also equipped with high-quality sewing equipment, button making equipment, button sewing equipment, and shirt shaping equipment.The current annual production capacity of customized shirts is 72000 pieces.

From a management perspective, we have divided the same production line into several small groups, which is more conducive to controlling the production efficiency and quality of each group, and can clarify production responsibilities to each employee, greatly increasing their sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.

At the same time, we have a dedicated post-processing department and QC team, which are selected by the most experienced employees on each production line, and can promptly solve various problems in production.

We have our own tailor shop and  brand" Suitsee" in China , and all our new craftsmanship and products are continuously testing and optimizing through our own shop and brand,until they are perfected before recommending them to our customers.
