Due to the fact that clothing does not have a fixed and unchanging shape like plastic and metal products，Different people, measuring tools, and placement methods can all affect the final size measurement. Therefore, any clothing manufacturer will have a size differential allowed range.

Below is Chinese Clothing standard of QC:

shoulder/length(sleeve,jacket,pant,vest)                               within 0.6 CM
pant waist                                                                              within 1 CM
jacket and vest chest,stomach,hip                                         within 1.5 CM

For some customers with special body shape or high customization requirements, we recommend adding steps of fitting mold.

Our fitting moulds are divided into two kinds. The first is to make substitute fabrics. This form saves more time and cost. After helping customers to fit, we can make finished products without sending them back to us. We can provide modification content directly. There is no limit to the scope of modification.

The second is to use the original fabric to make fitting moulds. This form of fitting moulds is more accurate, but it needs to be sent back to us, so it will take more time, and the scope of modification will be limited.But its advantage lies in being more precise and providing a better customer experience, which is the standard Bespoke mode.

Usually, mature Tailor shops have a series of standard size fitting molds.they can serve as an important tool for quick size review.

When the customer tries on a size mold that is similar to their size, you can further verify the measurement data and allowance chart for accuracy. At the same time, you can also upload photos of the customer wearing size molds to us, and the tailor will use these photos to better create cutting that fits the customer's body characteristics.

For the size mold, you can use low price fabric and workmanship to make a batch with the same style，this can effectively control costs.At the same time, there are also tailor shops that make their new suit samples  according to the standard size chart, so that the size mold can still be sold.

If you are very confident in size measurement, you can enter the body size data in our ordering system. The system will provide finished size suggestions for each part based on the Fit (slim, regular, loose, tapered) you choose. You can also directly fill in the finished  sizes based on your own experience.

Meanwhile, in the customer information, you can also choose the customer's body shape characteristics (such as shoulders, hips, standing posture), which will be more conducive to the tailor's cutting.
