For common styles of Jacket, Pant, Vest, and Shirt, you can place orders directly through the system,But if their styles are quite unique, or if they are Overcoat, skirts, and other types of products, they can only be achieved through manual ordering at present

Fill in the relevant information of the customer, if you have the customer's body photo, you can also upload to the system, it will help the tailor to analyse the body posture and adjust the key parts .

Select the fit that the customer likes and fill in the size data. If you fill in the body size, the system will make a finished size recommendation based on the customer's preferred fit. For example, chest, slim system will recommend an increase of 3 inches, while regular will be 4 inches. If you have enough experience, you can fill in the finished size directly, and the body size can be ignored.

When you want to place a repeat order for the same client，you simply have to impute the order number on “Import Existing Customer Info”. At the same time, the size  information of this order can be quickly replicate for new orders

Click Next to enter the Style and workmanship options. Select consequently each style details and for partial styles we have pictures for reference to avoid mistake from different naming.

You can also use import existing style info in suit info to quickly record past styles. Each custom shop has several popular styles, and this feature will greatly improve our efficiency in placing orders for commonly used styles.

All your order records can be queried in "My Orders", but due to the high usage of customers, the accumulated backend order quantity data will be very large. Therefore, we regularly clean up orders placed for more than six months. Therefore, please keep these original data

You can find your favorite fabric in the "Fabric" menu,click on the specific fabric, it will show its composition, yarn count and other parameters, but also the price.
